I would like to follow the instructions by the phone, I am an Spanish speaker and is hard for me to understands.

I apologize for the inconvenience, but at this time MyVR does not offer phone support. We do have an email-based Support team and more help here: Help Center.
I would also recommend copy/pasting those report steps into an app like Google Translate or similar for a rough translation.
