Owner Portal messaging/reservation differences
Hi, is there someplace that details the differences between what happens with an owner portal reservation vs. a regular one? I know that there are automated messaging settings that are different – can someone send me to a document or explain to me exactly what the differences are? Thanks!
Hey @Ann-Karako - You may have already figured this one out already, but I want to confirm that generally owner-initiated reservations function the same as any direct-booking put into MyVR.
The only real difference is that you have the choice as the PM to allow the owners to book their property at their sole discretion, or require approval by you. This setting is located in Settings > Back Office > Owner Management.
Otherwise, all message automations will flow through this reservation as they would any other reservation!
