Airbnb email address
If we change our email address in Airbnb to be one of our company emails rather than the MyVR one, does that mean all inquiries will stop going through MyVR? We'd like all inquiries to still go to MyVR but all other messages to come to the company email.
Great question! MyVR no longer requires a custom MyVR email address to connect with Airbnb.
Please update your email address on your Airbnb account to a valid personal/company email to ensure inquiry communications will route through MyVR's "Inquiry" inbox rather than the "Other" inbox.

Yes, that is correct.
The Airbnb inquiries will route through the "Inquiries" inbox within MyVR if your email on file on Airbnb.com is a valid personal/company address. Guest email replies will be managed in your company email.
