    How do I leave a review for a HomeAway guest?

      A HomeAway guest has left a review for me, bu I can’t see it for 14 days unless I leave a review for them. How do I leave a guest review for a HomeAway guest?

        @heather-wheatley - typically they send you an email with the link to do that.

          @Jenny-Oest I have the same question. Do they send the link via MyVR? I have not received any such email/link for a reservation that ended two weeks ago.

              Hey Lisa! The process for completing traveler reviews is different for Property Managers than for Owners.

              This article details how to submit the request to us for a traveler reviews, and more on the HomeAway review system.

                  To clarify, Property Managers receive an email from HomeAway to review their travelers as in Jenny’s case. For Owners, we must post the review on your behalf due to the way your account is connected to HomeAway.

                  The article outlines the steps for opening a ticket with us to post the review on your behalf. Let me know if you run into any troubles and I can send you a DM for more assistance.
