How do I leave a review for a HomeAway guest?

A HomeAway guest has left a review for me, bu I can’t see it for 14 days unless I leave a review for them. How do I leave a guest review for a HomeAway guest?

@Jenny-Oest I have the same question. Do they send the link via MyVR? I have not received any such email/link for a reservation that ended two weeks ago.

Hey Lisa! The process for completing traveler reviews is different for Property Managers than for Owners.

To clarify, Property Managers receive an email from HomeAway to review their travelers as in Jenny’s case. For Owners, we must post the review on your behalf due to the way your account is connected to HomeAway.
