Solved modify a booking.com reservation

My guest accidently booked incorrectly. How do I modify it through booking.com? It says only the guest can do it, but she’s having trouble modifying. Should I just cancel and reinitiate it? Do they charge commissions on cancelled reservations now?

Modifying a reservation should typically be possible.

If that isn’t possible, I’d advise you contact Booking[dot]com.

Options for cancelling a booking for Booking[dot]com can be found here. Booking[dot]com may apply fees if you cancel a reservation. I do not suggest cancelling if it can be avoided.
