      My photos are properly sized but when uploaded show as 0x0. Any suggestions?

        @LISA-MCILWAIN I see all photos under your properties with sizing (i.e. 1025x768). Where are you seeing 0x0?

              @amber-d for some reason the say that when they upload, but if you refresh your browser that should fix itself.

                @LISA-MCILWAIN - When you first upload your image onto the MYVR server it creates a placeholder until the server can check the file and verify site compatibility. This can take some time depending on the size and bit depth of the image but it’s generally quick!
