How do I issue a refund for the total amount collected (including the deposit)?

@gary-swarberg - are you also cancelling the reservation? If so, when you choose to cancel, there will be a switch you can toggle that asks you if you want to refund all payments. If you say yes, it will cancel AND refund the payments.
