Solved Cannot copy/paste credit card number ??

I noticed that you are unable to copy your credit card number into the native MyVR reservation form. (or is there a setting a need to change?)

Is this a blunder? It strikes me at less-than-ideal user experience.

@rasmus - Do you mean that you’re unable to paste into the field from the clipboard, or that your browser’s autofill options don’t recognize the field as a credit card field?

I mean you cannot paste from clipboard into this field (at least on mac)

I’m sure it’s the same case with autofill. But this is not confirmed.

The checkout flow supports copy and paste (including the credit card number field) and is optimized for autofill.

@rasmus - I use a MAC as well with Google Chrome, and I just tested it on my website. I was able to cut and paste, and autofill also worked.

You may want to suggest to your guest that they clear the cookies or cache in their browser and then try again?
