SOLVED Initial Contact through VRBO and then booked through MyVR
Guest made an initial inquiry through VRBO. Before booking, with no prompting on my part, he then found our website and finished the booking through MyVR.
Booking was over $3000. Am I now responsible to pay VRBO a 10% “finder’s fee”? And how will that all work? I don’t charge my guests an additional service fee. Do I encourage them to cancel the reservation made through our website and finish up with the booking on VRBO?
