Has anyone signed up for or used the YourWelcome tablet for their units? I just ordered one, and am hoping it is a success. Calendar integration with MyVR would be a bonus.
@Ralph-Hoover - I considered it but was worried about who would make sure that it was working properly. My guests are often technologically challenged, and since I have 10 units, and I’m 800+ miles away, I was nervous. Let us know how it works for you!!
That said, I’ve been testing SmartHost and love it - a digital welcome book that can also be printed… I’m loving it

I have been transferring my PDF welcome book (yes, 45 pages! eek) into TouchStay. Once I have it live I’m happy to share. (Of course, bookings, and financial reporting to my accountant, are the order of the month so updating the Welcome Book takes a back burner.) I’d like a section on “How to Stay Sane in an Industry that Changes on a Daily Basis” to help me figure out how to juggle it all…
