I was reviewing the booking page on my website and found a checkbox for Smokers. I don’t want my guests thinking that smoking is acceptable at my cabins. Does anyone know a way to remove it from the Book Now page? I was able to remove it from the other pages on my website, but I can’t find a way to edit the Book Now page.

Hi @Donna-Notaro we can remove this for you, and I just have.
If anyone else wants to remove it, just open a support ticket.

@Tristan-Brotherton Is it possible to have other special request items listed here?

Hi Carole - we don’t have that functionality at this time.

@Donna-Notaro - I started to do that, but then realized that since I DON’T permit smoking, this gives me the opportunity to catch someone that checks the box to ensure they understand our smoking policy.

I am a big fan of @Jenny-Oest’s idea. In fact, you can take it a step further. You can set up an inquiry responder to automatically inform guests that tick a dissallowed special request that they are not permitted to smoke or bring pets to your property. I outlined how to set this up in an old Community post.

                Cheers,
                Danny
