My rentals are at a ski resort, where a few hundred feet in property location can make a 30% difference in nightly rate.

My fully-integrated Airbnb listings are placed randomly on the map, mostly in lower-end, older, ‘affordable’ (aka cheap) condo associations, farther from the mountain.

Has anyone been able to successfully re-locate a map pin on Airbnb?

        Hi @Mary-Beth-Ericson,

If your properties are being shown in the wrong location within MyVR, you can enter an exact latitude and longitude for your property by going to Properties > Properties > (select a property) > Location and Area. Then, you click on the “Advanced Options” button for Map Location and enter the exact coordinates you desire.

If the location is correct in MyVR but not in Airbnb, you can submit an issue to our channel management team.

Thanks, I’ll submit a request. My locations are set per Lat/Lon on MYVR.

Do I need to submit a different request for each of my Airbnb integrated properties (4)?

            Hi @Mary-Beth-Ericson ,

No, you can submit a single request for all of your properties.

            Best,
            Danny
