Guest’s reservation was declined. I just revived and sent again, but I see no option to accept reservation, so I am afraid it will get declined again. If someone can tell me what I am doing wrong. I do not want to irritate this guest any more than I already have! Her name is Patrice Lott her dates are in February…

Once a reservation is declined, the best way to revive it is to create a new reservation. A good way to create an identical or similar reservation for the same guest is to copy the reservation.
