Do Not Rent List
Has anyone been keeping a DO NOT RENT TO list for renters that may have left the unit in bad shape or were just generally not worth the hassle?
Any suggestions on the best way of doing that?
@Chad-Service - I just note it on my customer list. - I don’t rent to them again…although I’ve had a few exceptions.
I maintain a file on “undesirable” renters who cause problems for me and/or my staff. It’s just not worth the hassle because we are not going to please them and why should I intentionally torture the people who work for me? More space for those who appreciate and will enjoy my offerings!
