Notifying owners of cancellations
Is there a way to have booking cancellations trigger a notification to owners (in addition to us)?

Thanks! Very helpful. One suggestion is to have an option for "All Owners" as I had to manually key in the names of all the owners to get them all included.
Hi @Chang-Kim - Could you explain what you mean by "all owners" ? Selecting "Property Owner" as suggested by @Danny-Eiden will automatically email just the owner of the property that is relevant to the event.
Unless I'm misunderstanding you shouldn't (and wouldn't want to) add owners manually.
It's requiring me to select an owner? Or if don't, does it go to all owners by default?
@Chang-Kim I apologize, I was incorrect. You were correct! There's an improvement we could make here, that I've noted internally.
I realize that selecting all the owners actually notifies all the owners of all the cancellations for all the properties. That doesn't work. Any thoughts?
We can improve this, but for now you will need to add a restriction for each owner to only send if it is there property:
