      Hello,
I have 3 properties with websites on MyVR. I am barely using them though. So what i’d like to do is pause the $49 I’m paying for this service every month until I’m ready to fully utilize it. Am I able to do that? What about the couple of future bookings still on my MyVR propert(ies)? Thanks in advance for your help. -Lauren

Hi @Lauren-Amarante - we don’t have the concept of pausing an account, but you can close your account at any time (Setup > Settings > My Account > Summary, click “Close Account”). When/if you choose to reopen the account, the data that was present previously will still be there.

A few tings to note about closing an account:

        • You will lose access to your data, including reservations. We recommend exporting your data prior to closing your account if you think you will need it.
        • If you are on one of our old pricing plans, you will not have the option of returning to that plan when/if you choose to reopen the account. You will need to choose from our new plans.

@Markus-Nordvik Hi Markus thanks! Can you close down an individual property, or it has to be all of them?? Also how can I tell if I was on the old pricing plan? Thanks!

@Lauren-Amarante - great question. You can deactivate individual properties in your account from the My Properties list:

You can tell if you are on an old plan by heading to your account setting summary and checking to see of your plan name has the term “(Legacy Plan)” in it:
