The EMAIL template that was pre-loaded to send to customers requesting a review looks great…and is consistently going out to customers.
However, there’s no link/place for them to rate us and write the review.
Is this something I need to create myself? I’m not sure how to do that…or is that something added on I need to pay myvr to do for me?
Hi @Lyndsay-Baker - good question. The short answer is: yes, you’ll need to place any links in the message that direct your guests to leave reviews.
