      Posting Questions

When posting a new topic to the MyVR Community, you can make the topic a question. Anything posted in the Get Help Using MyVR category will automatically be a question topic. To post a topic as a question in another category, select the “Ask as Question” option next to the “Submit” button.

There will be no visible change after clicking the “Ask as Question” button, but your topic will now be created as a question once you click the “Submit” button.

Marking a Question as Solved or Unsolved

When a question is unsolved, it will have an orange UNSOLVED label next to the title of the topic.

When a question is solved, the label will become green and say SOLVED

When a question is unsolved, the original poster of the topic can mark it as solved by clicking Topic Tools > Mark as Solved

When a topic is solved, the “Mark as Solved” button becomes a “Mark as Unsolved” button.
