Solved Setting automated emails to go out to cleaners / owners when condo is booked

Can you set an email to go out when a condo is booked. I’m trying to save time but I need to alert owners when there condos are booked and let housekeepers know as well.

I have set up an email that goes to my staff.
First I created a Template under “Setup” >> “Message Templates” >>> "“My templates”
Then under Automation
I have it setup to send (Under Stay Emails) when a new booking is made.

Hi @Chad-Service,
Yes, you can do this with our automated Stay Emails.
- Go to Automation > Stay Emails
- Click “New Email”
- Enter all relevant settings. In particular, you would be interested in…
a. What Event Should Trigger This Email: You would probably want “Booking Confirmation” which sends the email as soon as a property is booked.
b. Recipients: You probably want to make one Stay Email with “Send to the property owner” and one with “Send to a third party” for the cleaners

I’m still being told I’m unable to save stay email and please try again. I can’t find a reason it should’nt save.

Thanks, not having the issue anymore. I’m not sure why it wasn’t letting me save, but everything is working fine now.
