      Hello,

I have 5 similar properties - same details.
Is it possible to “copy” all the property details (photos, location, description etc) from one property to another one?

I wish there was a button “Copy details for Property ABC (drop down menu with a list of properties)”

      Thanks,

      Vivin

@Vivin-Vaid - I have the same situation with mine. Unfortunately there isn’t a “copy property” option so I just copy text details from one to another using multiple windows. It’s not ideal, but it works better than just trying to remember. Put the windows side by side or on separate display screens if you have that option.

@Jenny-Oest Correct, this is a great one to submit as a feature request. It is the case that when you are first entering a property, you can submit a support request to us and we can replicate a property (or set of properties) for you. But it isn’t something that is set up to be managed that way after these new “clone” properties have been created.

Hey @David-Girard - we have the ability to make a full copy of an existing property. Just head to Properties > Properties, and hit “Copy” from the property-specific menu.

When I copy a property I want to be sure it doesn’t populate to the website immediately as it is still under construction. If I copy the property does it stay hidden until I select “activate”?

@amanda-king - I don’t know for sure, but it seems logical that it would be inactive, given it’s purpose. But even if it’s not, you could immediately deactivate it.

Yes - the copied property will be inactive and it will not appear on any websites, until it is activated.
