Discount 10% for repeat guest
How can i take off 10 percent from a new reservation and refund them 10 percent as good gesture because they booked with me twice already?
Hi Gassan, you could create a negative fee for -10% and then it would be tracked as a line item.
We may be expanding on this in the future.
I do this all the time. I add a blank fee, name it “Returning Guest Discount” and then enter the discount amount as s negative number.
This is how I do all of my discounts so that the guest always sees full price, and the discount!

I’ll add one more thing - if the booking has already been made, you can also refund back 10% post-booking (per your question on that). Just do a partial refund against the payment on the payment tab for that Reservation.
