Can I send different automated emails based on the season?
We often take bookings 6 months or more in advance. I don’t need guests who book now for summer and fall, to receive my winter weather advisory/road conditions email.
I prefer not to have to hand delete those from the timeline of emails or outbox as seasons change.
Is there a way to automate this change?
@Mary-Beth-Ericson Stay Emails do not take seasons into account. They are triggered by 4 events:
- Booking Confirmation
The emails can go out any number of days before or after these events, but the time of year is not factored into whether they are sent.
