Changing Account Owner
Due to changes in my company staff - I wish to change the Account Owner in the ‘Users’. I wish to make another User as the new account owner.
Please let me know the steps.

For future reference, it’s worth adding here that MyVR needs confirmation from the current account owner of the ownership change. It’s helpful if the support request asking for the owner change is created by the current account holder and includes the details of the new account owner.
