Unsolved SMS Messaging

I often have customers who get my messaging in their SPAM filter and miss check in information. I have tried using the SMS option to send information but get an error message on MYVR that the number is not able to receive texts. When I send a message to that same number via my cell phone it works.
I have reached out to MYVR support for assistance but no one has responded to me.
Anyone have any ideas for assistance?

@Roanne-Mayer - we were never able to get the MyVR SMS option to work, but if you’re using a Digital Guidebook (we use Touchstay but there are other choices too) you can send your SMS messages from there?

I am not having any luck getting a response from MYVR technical support.
