Unsolved Refund Policy Not Visible
Occasionally when I am providing a quote for a stay, I am unable to select the appropriate refund policy in the quote generator. It essentially gives me NO options except “No Refunds”. Anyone else experience this? Any solutions?

@darrell-looney112 are you doing those screenshots in an Apple or advanced JPEG format?
I’ve been using a little Windows App called Image Converter to get those into MyVR compatible images.
They were regular screen snips as png files.
Not sure what was happening because now everything seems to have resolved.
The calendar even works the way it’s supposed to now!
