UNSOLVED Changing a credit card after failed collection
I have a customer whos credit card was declined. I have entered a new credit card for her and disabled the old one
Will MYVR automatically try and process payment again on the new card or do I have to manually do a one-off charge?

@roanne-mayer - I always process it manually right away to make sure it goes through. It’s NOT a one-off charge though - I just use the drop down menu next to the payment and choose charge card. Then once I know it goes through, I make sure that any future payments are scheduled for the NEW card. You can use the drop down action menu next to each payment to [Change Credit Card] and select the new card for future payments.
