Sharing Calendar with Cleaning Crew

Hi. My cleaning crew is not tech savvy and so iCal integration won’t work for them. Instead, I text them a screenshot of one of my “views” that shows which properties have checkouts (grouped by date) over the next 5 days.
Is there a way to automate this view or something similar? Although it only take a few seconds to text the screenshot, remembering to do it consistently is harder than it sounds.

@jason-typrin - If you’re using the cleaning/operations jobs, you can automate a job for check-ins and check-outs to email to them - then when they look at their daily view or weekly view, they would see which ones are flips, arrivals, departures… Would that work?

@jason-typrin Are you still looking for a solution for this? Another option might be a google calendar? Would that help?

The problem I’ve had with Google Calendars and the MYVR iCal link is the Google calendar shows ALL details of who has booked and will not allow me to edit what’s viewable to simply say “Booked” or unavailable. Other times if the person viewing is using an iPhone and does not have a Google account they are not allowed to view the calendar.
