Property revenues not appearing in Reservation Report

@jenny-oest Many thanks for replying. The property is a recent addition to the portfolio of properties. However revenues generated in August and September 2021 do not appear in ‘Reservation Report’. What have I done wrong in the set up?

I can select the property under ‘Filetrs’. But there is no revenue reflected.

@rajiv-de-costa-0 you will probably need to submit a support ticket for this so that technicians can review the specific missing data, as well as your settings. Unless you’re saying that the entire field is missing? Then that might be a customization setting?

@rajiv-de-costa-0 Make sure your dates are correct and your filters other than property are clear. For example - “Source”
