Availability Calendar

Is there a way to customize the view of the availability calendar? Right now it just shows the squares with the appropriate color (Reserved, Unavailable, etc). But, I would like to be able to see more information. For example, if Person 1 reserves 10/1-10/10 and Person 2 reserves 10/11-10/20 there is no quick way to know that on the calendar. It would just show 20 consecutive days of green. I am trying to find an easy way to track move ins/outs

@ryan-degnan my calendar shows the changeovers with a line on all three views.
The white / in the middle of the day means it’s a flip.
Is that what you need?

@jenny-oest Yes! Mine does show the 3 lines, but not the thin and thick slashes. Do I need to change a setting somewhere?

@ryan-degnan - curious… I’m not aware of a setting. Might need a support ticket?

Interesting. I started clicking through. Kind of fond of the middle view on the dashboard.

I don’t have any of the slashes like that, and that looks like exactly what I am looking for too.

Might be a feature that’s not available on all Plans?
I’m using the: “MyVR for PM’s - Professional” plan

Hi All,
Whether or not your availability calendar shows ‘slashes’ is dependent on that specific property having same-day turns enabled. If the property doesn’t allow same-day turns to happen, calendar events won’t have the half-day slash format due to the entire day needing to be blocked.
