Direct Reservations Fraud Prevention

    I am working on reducing fraud with a new Standard operating procedure for direct reservations. I am curious what everyone is doing to reduce fraud on direct reservations.

    Do you collect ID digitally? If so how do you store the ID’s to protect them from bad actors?

    Do you use any of the anti fraud tools on Stripe? If so which ones?

    Let’s all share best practices on this one.
