Wondering how everyone is handling Identity Verification during COVID-19? We’ve been offering contactless check in with very few repercussions until last month.

We recently learned (the hard way) that Booking.com does not collect Identification from their Guests who book through their platform.

Of course, our MyVR website does not collect much identity information, either.

Wondering how others are gathering that information in a contactless environment?

This week I was In Booking.com and they had an option to make id verification mandatory. It was listed under the policies section. On reservation outside of Airbnb I am also having guests send me their ID via Email, and having them sign the rental contract via Authentisign. I am curious about your feedback on if that Booking.com feature will actually work.

Also I am very close to moving forward with Autohost. Have you worked with them?
