Is there a way that the property name will not be heading when guest receive our emails? Or would it be possible to change the heading subject instead of showing the property name, we would like a heading which would catch the eye of the guest.

There is not currently a way to replace the property name as the heading of guest emails. You can, however, customize your email branding in other ways. Check out this support article for an overview of our email design tools.
@Samantha-Gabrielle - just curious why you wouldn't want your property name or brand to be in the header of your email?
For starters, that overly large, bold black font is at best inelegant. Secondly, it’s redundant. Depending on how you’ve got your emailings formatted, my property name already appears in 1) the sender field, 2) the logo, 3) the text… you can even put it into the email’s 4) subject line and 5) title field! Do I really need a big ugly header repeating the obvious? I’d prefer to leave it off altogether. If it was editable (in content if not in style), I could choose to leave it blank, you might keep the default, and Samantha could use her marketing slogan.
That makes sense!
@Ann-D-Liptak I second this!
