SOLVED Owner Portal - Notification / Owner cant see uploaded document

Recently created a new owner portal and uploaded a PDF. The owner was not notified that an upload exists. Nor can he see the document. What am I doing wrong?

@steve-harrison Have you assigned the document to the owner after uploading it?

@jenny-oest Hi Jenny, I have no idea what that means. I did owner management / statements / uploaded document and then published. The owner sees no link or functionality to down load.

@steve-harrison you have to assign each document to an owner. Any document /statement is only visible to the owner to whom it’s assigned.

@steve-harrison - it might be helpful for you to post a screen shot of what your owner portal statement page looks like, showing the statement that the owner cannot see. Verify that the name in the owner column matches the owner’s ID that’s looking for it.

@steve-harrison - it looks like you’ve already assigned it. Have you tried deleting that copy, and then uploading a new copy and assigning it? If that doesn’t work, I’d suggest submitting a problem ticket. The MyVR staff can take a peek under the hood.
