How to remove quote hold from calendar

If one person receives a quote then my calendar shows those dates as not available. I don’t want that because I want to be able to give quotes to multiple people for the same dates. When I go to calendar and I click on the red line with the person’s name it says “quote hold”. How do I remove that?

Hi Sarah,

A quote hold is an optional step you can take when creating a quote, that “holds” (blocks) those dates from being booked by other entities for a period of time you specify. It’s not the default option, and needs to be manually selected.

This option is set on the last section of the quote builder:

If you’d like to remove the hold you can cancel the quote with the hold.
