Back Office software

looking to get software for my back office that imports information from MYVR to my backoffice where then I can email rental contracts, check-in procedures and rules sheets to renters
Presently MYVR doesn’t have tools to use, so are using an over seas website designer, which is not reliable

@alan-forster I use the MyVR automated templates to do those functions. Are you familiar with those?

Think you will have a tough time doing that from a third party software on most channels, as you are not provided with the guests actual e-mail address.

Jenny is correct, you will wish to create some Templates in the Setup section.
