While I cannot provide any details about a MyVR smartphone app, I can say that we know that managing your properties from a mobile device is important to our users. For now, our property management website is fully mobile responsive and should work on any device. You can even create a shortcut for it on your smartphone or tablet to make it open like an app! Check out this guide on how to do that

While you can access MyVR from a smartphone, the capabilities are limited. It’s relatively easy to respond to a simple inquiry, but you can’t view a multi-property calendar or view other messages that are not direct inquiries (such as inquiries from non-integrated sources). If you use a tablet, however, you can get full functions so I tend to carry that as a backup when I’m out and about.

Yes - the phone app has no real value because you cant see the multi property view. I wish we could goto the full site on the phone

I’ve never had a guest request an app for our MyVR site, but it would certainly be handy for my management team. When I toggle between screens on my smartphone, I lose whatever information I had pulled up on MyVR and I’m kicked back to the home screen. When MyVR integrates the Cleaning and Maintenance functionality someday, I can see an app being very friendly for our staff to help report issues and obtain assignments.
As the mobile site currently exists, it’s a pain to use. I’m sure you have your reasons for not making this a priority, but it would be useful for owners, managers and employees.
