How to Reservation Confirmation email to use default template?
How do I get the system generated “Reservation Confirmation” email to use my default message template?
The Reservation Confirmation email is not one of the system generated emails on the list that can be edited. See attached:
@sallie-haws - The transactional and stay email templates are stored in a different place. You’ll want to go to the Automation Tab, and look for them there:
