Booking.com and accepting payments
How do you get your booking.com guests to pay BEFORE they arrive? I'm considering unlinking them from myVR and just using the calendar sync because I think we are now able to accept payments through booking.com if we're not linked.
My frustrations are
--people booking and then not showing and me being unable to charge them (they seem to not know they've reserved, which doesn't happen on other platforms).
--me having to chase them down for cash by trying to meet them while they're here (not passive enough for my taste)
How have you handled this?!
