I had been sharing a link with guests to write a review directly on VRBO. However, that link no longer works. Any ideas? What is the best way to ensure that guests are able to write reviews on these sites?
@brian-mackert what Link were you using?

Are you sending guests a link to your VRBO listing so they can write this review? Or are you sending them a different link as @Jenny-Oest asks?
HomeAway and VRBO will automatically notify the guest in their traveler account dashboard that they need to write a review once their stay is complete.
If you don’t already have automation set-up, another way you can request reviews is by creating a post-stay review request message template and automated email to be triggered after guest check-out. This could save you some time!
Thanks for the feedback. I was using the link: https://www.vrbo.com/4426632ha/reviews/write
This worked in the past but no longer does.
I have automation set up and mention leaving a review. If VRBO asks the traveler for it, it is fine. I also read that I should get a notification to leave a review for the traveler which does not happen. So, I just wanted to make sure something is happening to solicit a review.
@brian-mackert I think your format may be wrong. Check this link - within this thread you’ll find the formula.
Great! This was helpful.

@Jenny-Oest Hi, Jenny. I’m sorry to be a pain, but I’m wondering if you’d be able to send me the formula. I reviewed the string of emails and saw the one I was using that didn’t work (https://www.vrbo.com/xxxxx/reviews/write) but not the current one.
Thanks in advance!

If your listing is on VRBO, I think it’s:
Let me know if that works?
Wonderful! It works. Thank you!!
