I had been sharing a link with guests to write a review directly on VRBO. However, that link no longer works. Any ideas? What is the best way to ensure that guests are able to write reviews on these sites?

Are you sending guests a link to your VRBO listing so they can write this review? Or are you sending them a different link as @Jenny-Oest asks?
HomeAway and VRBO will automatically notify the guest in their traveler account dashboard that they need to write a review once their stay is complete.
If you don't already have automation set-up, another way you can request reviews is by creating a post-stay review request message template and automated email to be triggered after guest check-out. This could save you some time!

This worked in the past but no longer does.
I have automation set up and mention leaving a review. If VRBO asks the traveler for it, it is fine. I also read that I should get a notification to leave a review for the traveler which does not happen. So, I just wanted to make sure something is happening to solicit a review.
