You got us excited about this integration, we spent time talking to KeyData, we signed a contract, then when it was time to integrate, we get a message thet this si only for property managers. This was a whole lot of time and hope wasted. Why did you invite property owners to you webinar to begin with, and why can’t we integrate with key data. Can someone help us?

Heads up to everyone using this feature…
Just learned from the MyVR support team that there is a limitation to the channel specific rate adjustment for HomeAway. The rate adjustment works for daily rates but will not adjust for weekly or monthly rates.
My suggestion to support was to add verbiage to the implementation screen describing the limitation until it is lifted. Otherwise what we believe is being adjusted will not necessary take place.
Every user in your MyVR account has equal access to all of the features in your MyVR account. There are, however, a few exceptions. For example, only the account owner can delete other MyVR users in the account. User permissions (i.e. limiting what users have access to) is a feature that we would like to tackle in the future.
